Vision
What is a Private Capacitor: Just by way of background, a capacitor is a device for storing electrical energy, consisting of two conductors in proximity and insulated from each other.
The primary purpose of capacitors is to prevent a dangerous failure of the circuit by smoothing out peaks, by
acting as power factor correction and by releasing energy into the circuit. Private Capacitors similarly engage in the social debate and provide their contributions to the benefits of an open system of checks and balances that fosters public-private dialogue and preserves liberal values.
